This study is a substudy of the Family Success Network (FSN) Evaluation in which Dr. Deborah Moon is examining the quality of relationships between parent participants and family coaches as a mechanism to improve family protective factors in FSN. The study highlights the significant role of provider-participant relationships on human services outcomes and seeks to promote mechanistic research while contributing to practice innovation that centers on relationship building. Currently, we are in the recruitment phase.
